The claimant appealed to the superior court from a determination of the board of industrial insurance appeals that he was not a "workman" within the purview of the workmens compensation act at the time he sustained certain injuries, and, hence, not entitled to any benefit thereunder. The superior court reached the same conclusion as the board, and dismissed his appeal. From the order of dismissal he has appealed to this court.
