Magee, a minor, and his insurance carrier, for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, Rita Dostal, also a minor, as the result of an automobile accident which occurred on May 6, 1953. Plaintiff was injured while a guest in an automobile driven by Magee. She appeals from three orders made before trial, the nature of which will be described in the opinion in which the pertinent facts will also be set forth.
